1. Does Dipetane work?

Yes. Note what independent authorities tell you to look for when assessing a fuel treatment.

2. What to look for by independent authorities when assessing products?

Basically there are three main items to look for:
1. A "real meaningful reason" as to why the product works: Dipetane burns the carbon more completely.
2. Has the product independent laboratory (1) Chassis Dynamometer tests (2) Carbon Balance tests (3) Brake Horse Power tests. Dipetane has all three of these tests showing significant improvements under lab conditions by independent internationally accredited testing houses.

3. What is the basis for Dipetane working?

Again "Authorities" strongly suggest that a product must have a real basic reason as to why it works. Dipetane works because it uniquely eliminates CCD’s (Combustion Chamber Deposits) in all engines and boilers. Dipetane's unique ability to burn the carbon more completely means that the CCD’s are not fed any more unburnt carbon and consequently are eliminated.
The world renowned MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Dipetane International. have separately set out to show that CCD’s which occur in all engines or boilers, are the cause of wasted fuel and increased emissions and smoke CCD's attract and wastefully use up valuable units of oxygen (from the incoming air) and units of carbon (from the incoming fuel). When the CCD’s are eliminated through the use of Dipetane all of the oxygen and carbon is used properly in the primary combustion.

6. Will using Dipetane affect engine/boiler warranties?

No, because as Dipetane is a 100% hydrocarbon product it does not alter the original fuel specifications. Therefore all engine/boiler warranties are intact.

Top ^
7. Is Dipetane registered with the USA/EPA?

Yes, this is simply a factual statement. It does not infer any proof of Dipetane's benefits.

Top ^
8. Has Dipetane adequate insurances?

Yes, Lloyds Insurances have continuously insured Dipetane since 1992 with a 100% no claims record. Ask us for details

9. Is Dipetane safe to handle and to store

Yes, Dipetane is non-toxic and non hazardous. Its ignition flash point is 193C (closed cap test).

10. Should you be influenced by what independent authorities say?

Yes, very definitely and again be aware of what they say to look out for in assessing such products:

1. The reason why it works
2. The importance of having independent laboratory tests: (chassis dynamometer, carbon balance, brake horsepower)
3. Adequate long term insurance track record
4. Cost effectiveness
5. Difficulties of doing your own tests

11. Why is it important to distinguish between new engine test and existing engine test figures for MPG and emissions?

To
(1) save serious money for transport cost
(2) Reduce emissions/smoke

It is obvious that new engine figures for MPG & emissions are much better than similar figures on existing engines due to the inevitable build up of CCD’s 99% of all engines are existing engines, i.e. with 6 months usage, it is vital for industrial competitiveness and environmental reasons that existing engine figures are acted upon.

12. If Dipetane is so good why haven't the "major" oil companies adopted it?

Because Dipetane saves fuel and major oil companies are in the business of selling fuel progressive oil distribution companies are now selling their fuels with Dipetane already in it.

Top ^
13. Why do "major" oil companies still have to use detergents (second best technology) in their fuel?

Because they don't have Dipetane fuel technology.

14. What is it costing countries, individuals and the environment of not using Dipetane?

MEGA - 10% of fuel used
MEGA - 25% extra emissions
MEGA - 50% extra smoke
